| Ian excelled in a number of international management positions over 25 years with Conoco, which culminated in the position of President of Dubai Petroleum. He joined Amerada Hess in 1995 as Vice President of International Exploration and Production until May 2000. In 1996 he became a non-executive Director for Premier Oil as a Hess representative and latterly continued in this role as an independent director until July 2006. |

| Paul is a founding member of Mitra Energy Limited and has over 28 years experience in the international oil & gas business. Following 12 years as an explorationist at Conoco, he spent 9 years at Amerada Hess, opening their Jakarta office and growing a successful Indonesian business before moving to Kuala Lumpur as Southeast Asia Exploration Manager. Paul has a proven track record in value creation through exploration, appraisal and innovative commercial negotiations. |

| Andy holds an MBA from Heriot Watt University and has over 20 years of finance leadership and management experience from a 25 year career with Hess. His career with Hess included 10 years overseas in differing cultural and fiscal environments, of which 6 years were spent in Southeast Asia. |

| Jerry has been an investment banker for 30 years financing natural resource projects worldwide. A Canadian, he has been based in London, UK since 1985. He is currently Executive Vice President and Director of Consolidated Puma Minerals and a past non-executive director of Bema Gold Corporation. |

| Iain has significant experience in the oil and gas sector and is currently SID and
Chair of the Audit Committee of Cairn Energy plc, Chairman of Investors
Capital Trust plc as well as director of various other companies. Also, he is
currently President of the Chartered Accountants of Scotland having been a
partner in KPMG for 28 years until 2008. |

| Jake represents Och Ziff Management Europe Ltd. He retired from Centrica Plc in 2008, where he was an executive director, responsible for upstream, power generation, renewables and trading. Prior to joining Centrica he was an executive at NGCH (later Dynergy) and also worked for the OXY/MidCon/Peoples Group. Jake has a degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

| Bill has been appointed to the board as Ontario Teachers' nominee. He has over 35 years of oil and gas experience with Occidental, Marathon, Triton and most recently Husky Energy where he was Chief Operating Officer for Southeast Asia. Bill holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland, in addition to completing an advanced management program at Indiana University. |
